NASA: Mission Concept Academy - Hardware

Workforce Development Program Sponsored By NASA, remote collaboration and organization with a national team of 12 collegiate STEM students. Tasked with designing and proposing a fully-fledged rover mission to the Moon, in order to research frozen water on the south pole. I was the lead in charge of the business section consisting of 3 members, whom we were tasked with Budget Planning in Spreadsheets, management, and safety. Java Mission Planning and Analysis for Remote Sensing (JMARS).

Key Points:
• Created a fully fledged rover plan to the moon following exact processes and polices put out by the government. Figured out everything from risk mitigation, mission design, rover physics design, mission budget and safety, and team management
• Competed in the span of 5 months, presented to Concept Academy leadership and other teams consisting of over 200 participants
